Wax Melts

What are scented wax melts and how do they work?

Wax melts are an easy, mess-free alternative to candles, oil diffusers, plug-ins, and other home fragrance solutions. Wax melts are placed in a wax warmer, and warmed with a hot plate or light bulb located inside. Once the wax begins to melt, your room will be filled with fragrance.

How strong are the scents?

Scent sensitivity varies so greatly from person to person. We load our melts with the highest amount of fragrance oil possible because we want our melts to last longer and travel further. If you are concerned with scent strength, we recommend starting with 2-3 buttons and add to adjust to your liking.

What are the ingredients in HB melts?

HB melts contain 100% natural vegetable blend, phthalate-free and essential oil-infused fragrance oils, and a small amount of dye. All HB melts are paraffin-free. Unlike paraffin-based candles and melts, our soy wax is all natural and vegetable based.

What is the shelf life of HB melts?

For optimal scent, we recommend using wax melts within one year of purchase. Make sure your wax melts are stored in a cool environment to prevent premature melting, and in a closed tin or sealed bag to retain freshness.

Do you offer free samples?

At this time, we cannot keep up with the volume of sample requests, so we are unable to send free samples. However, we do run promotions throughout the year, which often include free samples. Be sure to sign up for our emails and follow us on Facebook  and Instagram to be the first to know!

How can I cancel or edit an order?

If you want to cancel or edit an order just email us at havanahsbliss@gmail.com. Please note that if it has been over 4 hours we might not be able to cancel the order. The sooner you let us know, the better!

What is your return policy?

At Havanah’s Bliss, your satisfaction with our products is the number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a refund or replacement. Please email havanahsbliss@gmail.com.

How do I check my order status?

If you have a HavanahsBliss.com. account, you can sign in to your account and click to the My Orders page and check your order status. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How quickly will my order be processed?

We ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Brooklyn,New York. Please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order (5-7 when in HIGH demand). Free and Economy Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days. 

What form of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® (via Paypal) and After Pay.  Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.
